In the vicinity of the hotel, around Malta Lake, there are exquisite recreation grounds, such as an artificial ski slope, a summer toboggan run and cycle tracks. Moreover, a narrow gauge railway will take you to a picturesque zoological garden.
An Olympic-size swimming pool, slides, a wild river, hydro massages, a double sea wave pool, a brine pool, outdoor geothermal pools, saunas, water attractions for kids, bowling, fitness – these are only some of the attractions waiting for you at the Malta Lake sports and leisure complex.
The woods surrounding Malta Lake occupy an area of 180 ha and feature a rich sports and leisure infrastructure. There are about 4 ha of grassy glades, and a total length of the recreational tracks and paths, including cycling tracks, exceeds 12km. 30 boulders extracted from the bottom of the lake were used to create an interesting boulder alley.
Go for a walk through the woods of a total area of 117ha and admire species from all over the world. Over 40% of the species you can find here are endangered with eradication and almost 100 are protected by the European Endangered Species Programme. You cannot miss the New Zoo with the famous Elephant house and the only place in Poland where you can see the Bawean deer.
Within the New Zoo there is also a large Poznań Fortress artillery fort built by Prussian army in the years 1877-1881. It is one of the 18 artillery forts which constitute Poznań Fortress and in the same time one of the 9 main type forts.
A paradise for skiing and snowboarding lovers: there are two slopes with lifts! Moreover, thanks to the artificial snow making system, you can enjoy winter sports all year round.
Twisted loops – even up to 360 degrees and a 500 m long track – that is the new attraction located only 5 minutes from HP Park Hotel. Double wagons can ride on the track at the speed of 40km/h, which guarantees a good dose of adrenaline as well as positive emotions. The coaster is open all year round!
A crazy run down a safe gutter over 500m long is great fun for everyone! The maximum speed of the wheeled carts is 50km/h but do not worry: you can control the speed with a brake. The run is open every day from spring to autumn.
A seventy-metre-long ride on inflatable wheels down a ski run is the only such attraction in Poland. What is more, whole families can enjoy it! It is the only such facility in Poznań.

Almost 4km long Maltanka narrow gauge railway leads along the northern bank of the lake, from Śródka Roundabout to the “Zwierzyniec” station located near the entrance to the Zoological Garden. The train runs from May till the end of September.
